Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE. NO REFUND! ONLY EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCT SIZE OR IN-STORE CREDIT WILL BE PERMITTED.
FRESH FLORALS: Our policy on fresh florals is to notify the store within 24 hours of pick up or delivery with any concerns. NO REFUNDS will be permitted on perishable goods. Any resolutions to issues regarding fresh florals are subject to owner's discretion.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective
item, please email hello@shopthreepoppies.com within 7 days
of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and
your order number.
LOST PACKAGES: Classic Touch is not liable for packages
that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. If a
package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the
carrier to file a claim.
