DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective
item, please email hello@shopclassictouch.com within 7 days
of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and
your order number.


LOST PACKAGES: Classic Touch is not liable for packages
that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. If a
package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the
carrier to file a claim.
